Louis has nearly a decade of experience spearheading and leading initiatives that address challenges across logistics, advertising inventory management, and workforce planning.

He has brought expertise in decision algorithms and optimization to organizations such as the US Military Academy at West Point, CBS Broadcasting, and Rent the Runway, with a track record of driving outsized, measurable operational improvements that require zero capital expenditure.

Additionally, he has client-facing software experience with his own staff-scheduling technology company, SchedJewel.

Louis’ technical background is in Operations Research. He holds an MSc in Management Science & Operational Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College.
